Richmond Bede Village

Richmond Villages Bede is an award-winning retirement village set in established grounds located on the outskirts of Coventry, a cathedral city in the heart of the West Midlands.

At the heart of the vibrant retirement village is the care home, with 47 en-suite bedrooms (9 of which are newly refurbished residential dementia rooms), providing first-class residential dementia, nursing, respite and convalescent care and care for the young and physically disabled.

The retirement village features excellent on-site facilities that include a restaurant with a terrace, a number of relaxing sitting rooms, hair and nail salon, free WiFi, activities areas, plus landscaped gardens and an orchard.

All rooms are tastefully decorated by a team of specialist interior designers and feature electric profiling beds, a range of furniture, TV, telephone, en-suite wet room and WiFi access.

The village is run by a village manager and a dedicated team of employees who are trained to deliver only the best possible care to the residents.

Unlike traditional care homes, Richmond Villages Bede uses its carers and nurses solely for the purpose of caring and supporting residents, whilst fully trained hospitality and housekeeping staff look after meal preparation and cleaning.

To further enhance the well-being and enjoyment of residents, the village also has a dedicated activities team. The team provides a daily activities programme that includes day trips where transport is provided by Richmond Villages Bede's own vehicles and dedicated drivers.
