Our sister in law from Woodley passed away 14th Septemmber. As we live near Winchester we didnt know any funeral directors in the area. We read a few and picked Richard Lloyd funeral Services. We definitely picked the right one. They were so efficient , helpful and they never minded how often you called them. We dealt with Donna and Julian who were so professional. Even though it was a sad occasion, Donna would chat and bring a sense of normality to the situation. She made you feel like you were chatting to an old friend.
I would thoroughly recommend the company for compassion and being so helpful. A few things I wasnt sure about , Julian helped me make a decission by leaving the actual decission to me.
My family would like to thank them very much for all their help and consideration. Donna and Julian are a perfect pair to help you at this sad time

I went to Richard when we was thinking of creamating our twin babies, Sophie and Charlie Hopping on the 24th June and it was fanastic. The attention to detail wa superb and Richard was very friendly, and very funny and made the experience alot easier adding some funny stories.
He was a lovely man and did everthing we wanted. From affordable prices, to great customer service. I can assure you, you will feel at peace and ease with Richard around. Would definatley reccomend to family and friends.
