The definition of leaving a review is to give others an insight into your experience with the said business, level of service given, and quality of work and time to complete. Well, the worst experience of my life as they do not believe in giving a level of care or service as for the quality of work there is none bringing me to the time to complete the work,easy they didn't after 3 weeks. Now the truth and facts, they finally admitted they couldn't as they no longer held the dealership for my car it was news to me as there was no indication given as all the service stamps, etc... was still showing the correct make-strange. My advice is the garage is on a roundabout do not take that exit or enter at your own peril especially the service department & the area manager-unprofessional.
This is a truthful accurate account of my experience. I am only pointing this out as I left feedback on Google and Richard Hardie had it removed as soon as they saw it. Beware!!! Avoid it at all costs,

Have bought 500X (ASHINGTON) and Jeep Compass (Sunderland) and have had excellent service from both. Alan the salesman professional and kept us informed all the way. Cars serviced and cleaned and loan car offered. Full report on car on pick up. Also have 124 spider and they look after this as well. Friendly and helpful staff. Have lost Jeep dealership and now MG which is not as good a brand

I ordered a new car from this dealership in September. I was informed that the model I had ordered was no longer being produced. They then offered me an alternate model but would not give me any details. I had paid a £1000 deposit on the original order. As I waited for more information on the alternate model. I received a form V5 from DVLA informing me I was the registered keeper of a car I had not seen and had only paid a deposit on. This dealership was fiddling their sales figures for September. I demanded a full refund which I received. The dealership told me they would electronically inform DVLA of the new keeper (themselves). They did not do so and I now ( three months later have a fine for an uninsured car which I have never seen !
This dealership employs salesmen that are strangers from the truth. Steer well clear of it. You have been warned .
