Horrendous experience. After an hour and a half we phoned to be told that it was not going to be delivered in the foreseeable future. Refused to compensate some of our money back and said we could cancel the order or wait. The wait time was ten more minutes, then fifteen, then twenty. Then he called the driver, who said he wasn't going to get here in twenty minutes. Would never recommend, especially due to appalling customer service. If you have made an error, you take responsibility. Don't expect people to pay full price - along with a compulsory service charge - for no service.
