I was looking for a cleaning company to go into my god-daughters property to do a clean whilst they were away for a few days. RVC were able to fit us in quickly although we could have done with more hours however Andrea arrived promptly and spent 6 hours over two days transforming the downstairs. Would highly recommend them :-)

Because of ill health my husband and I cannot do the cleaning anymore. I am so delighted that I contacted Ribblevalley Cleaning Services. They came this week and did an excellent job. Very efficient and very friendly. They were so thorough.

Contracted for a DEEP clean plus windows and carpet. The property was empty but not filthy, just normal dust and scuffs from adult living. Initially was pleased but once the team had left discovered windows had not been cleaned, clumps of dust under curtains & on all door frames @ skirting boards, papers and lids under bed and radiators, paint work & wood work not cleaned. I had to spend over five hours cleaning paint work, floors and windows to get ready for occupants after the supposed DEEP clean. The company has not delivered what it purports on their website, appears not to take pride in its standard of work, reputation or customer care. It has ignored my request for a substancial rebate, told me I was too late in complaining despite me sending annotated pictuures and complaint via email. Apparantly having had to resort to cleaning the property myself negates their commitment to a good job. Save your money, do not hire.

I never thought that breaking an ankle would hinder so much.
Not being able to do anything when normally I am so active drove me crazy. I kept looking at the dust and mess on my floors and knew I had to 'sort' it.
I was advised to contact Pat at Ribble Valley Cleaning Services and I wasn't disappointed.
Pat came along with one of her staff. They worked brilliantly together cleaning the rooms I wanted them to.
They were fast, efficient and hardworking.
They are coming again next week.
