camper van tow bar electrics not working and abs light was on took friday got back monday spot on friendly and helpful staff and prompt service saying it was not booked in i just rang on speck 100 per cent in my opinion thanks ribblesdale autos

I needed a company to look after my daughter's car whilst she was at University in Preston. I wanted someone friendly, helpful, skilled, reasonably priced and most of all trustworthy. This company have shown they are certainly all these things on the several occasions we have used them and I would highly recommend them, especially if your son or daughter's car needs sorting and they are a long way from home. Shame they are not closer to us as I would use them for all our family cars!!

I've used ribblesdale a few times now. Mot, air conditioning condenser replacement, suspension repairs. Always great service, clear communication and easy to deal with.
I struggle to believe the negative reviews really!

Took my car there today to an arranged appointment they didnt show any interest, were rude as they said they were on their lunch said leave it with us, rang me 3 hours later said not interested, went to pick it up the battery was flat due to issue i took it there with, and they stood and watched me struggle to start it with jump leads on forecourt with my dad, will never ever take a car here again found them rude an felt like i was putting them out.

I had a vintage low tension alternator that I needed sorting. I spent ages on the internet, phoning people, e-mailing other companies etc. When I found these guys they completely refurbished it within 24 hours! Great value for money, great communications and superb service. They seriously deserve to receive the Queens honours!
