Rhoslan Surgery

Susan the receptionist is so rude and thinks she can talk to people like dirt after waiting for 25 minutes outside in the cold in a que as they wont answer thier intercom to be told to go and ring to re arrange the appointment as i am late

I can only say good about Rhoslan surgery! From the receptionists to the nurses & Doctors ! Always very helpful & polite nothing too much trouble ! I have been a patient here for 25 years & wouldnt go anywhere else . Thankyou ,Anne Morris .

Feeling unwell and had to phone for appt-got back. Very quick and was told to go there the same day to see Dr French who was so caring and thorough

I had an emergency appointment this morning at Rhoslan Surgery, the triage system worked well for me and Dr French was very thorough and I didn't once feel rushed. It is the first time I've had to use the urgent appoinItment system and I am very impressed.
