Rude and not at all helpful person answering the phone, don't bother calling if you don't want to be annoyed. Their customer service training was most likely carried out behind the garage.

Good quality metal roofing sheets, however my delivery was 1 sheet short which I had paid for but was never replaced. (Yes I signed for it but didn’t count them) Guy on the phone told me twice he’d ring back after speaking to someone else but he never did, basically said I was lying even though the sheet was only £27 and I’d spent over £500 on the order.Half the fixings are the wrong size, I’ve not bothered telling them this as they don’t care once they’ve delivered it, so I’ve ordered some from a different company (out of pocket again) 😡

Incompetent company with an MD to match

Emailed clear specifications. confirmed order and paid. Invoice differed to specifications, so queried. Company tried to suggest that I had not made spec clear. Asked to speak to MD who was laughing as he came to the phone. Would accept no responsibility for their incompetence. MD did not understand how I used the contact link within his own company website, to submit the request?If I had not read invoice carefully, they would have delivered wrong materials and no doubt, would have refused refund.
Do not rely on this company. High costs and low service.

Roofing sheets

Ordered some corrugated roofing from these guys, delivered to me in under a week, was contacted the day before to advise of delivery time and again half a hour before by the driver, who was bang on time, nice product, all as their website promised, impressed, recommend.
