First class customer service from Rhino - can't praise them enough! When another supplier fell through they were able to deliver all my requirements inside 24 hours. And again - later in the week - one more item which I had missed; again next day delivery!

25kg loose bag pea shingle

Purchased 25kg hand filled bag of pea shingle on 30th April 2016, thought it felt light, when weighed on home scales only 17kg displayed, this has also previously happened with hand filled sand

Hi Wayne. As you didn't let me have your phone number I will try to clarify the situation. We do not sell 25kg bags of aggregate or sand. If you check your receipt you will notice that it was sold as a small bag. We try to offer this as a service to customers who do not wish to buy in bulk. I apologise if you feel in anyway short-changed by us this is certainly not our intention and if you would like to pop in I will refund the 3.00 you paid personally. Thankyou Zoe Gabriele
