12. 7 days later, replacement screen goes completely, phone was on but no screen light, response at all. Screen was removed and reattached. I was told it shorted out!? How that's acceptable beats me.
3. After a couple days, screen started to die in a small area, screen has remained glitchy with dead/flashing pixels.
4.took in to store highlighting new dead bits on screen as well as the continuous issues if screen being glitchy. Not repairable under warranty!?!?!?
The screen was clearly damaged upon its removal and reconnect.
Replacement screen was never seemed of good quality, not okay from the get go, lackluster colour, random responsiveness or lack of and lower resolution.
It's been a hassle and now I'm left out of pocket with a "repaired" phone with new and continued faults that came from the repair.
Another company to completely fail under warranty but was the repair acceptable from the get go anyway? No.
