Truly disgusted the receptionist are not very friendly and a very strange dentist you cannot get a appointment since 6 months truly strange something is not right

Made an appointment to see Dr Amin regarding dentistry work. I had to wait 4 weeks for the appointment date ( no problem ) one day before my appointment the receptionist called me to cancel my appointment and I would have to wait another 2 weeks to reschedule, gave me a load of complete rubbish why it was cancelled. After telling her my disgust with the pathetic excuse ( lies ) I got back my initial payment of £40 that I paid when making the first appointment.

Send a email to Dr Amin to voice my disgust with his service and that I had taking time off work to attend my appointment which I could not change.
They done nothing to trying appease me in anyway other than saying we are cancelling
and that’s tough on you.
To this day he or anyone from revitalise has not had the courtesy or manners to respond.

This tells me a lot about about revital ( South Harrow ) and how it really treats it’s patients - this is very unacceptable and I would not use or recommend them to anyone.

Terrible customer service and terrible dentist - the receptionist is rude and very unprofessional and dentists are too busy talking to each other than actually take in patients on time.

Had any exceptional service, friendly staff and very professional. Can’t remember the doctor name , it’s is a lady,she was amazing, treated my teeth as never, took her time very patience and made any amazing job. 100% recommend Thanks all the team

The staff and dentist at this practice are lovely. Very professional too. The cost is transparent too, which is great. I've had some extensive work done on my teeth at this practice and have had great follow up care. Would recommend
