I am housebound due to health reasons and a pensioner. Finding myself without electricity was quite traumatic especially in these Winter months. After contacting Reuse Electrical Service and explaining my circumstances I did not have too long before an employee came. He was sympathetic and did a thorough check. He diagnosed the problem which was due to an old washing machine which I was using at the time and which had caused the electricity to cut out. He tested the machine which again caused a power failure. His charges compared to other companies I contacted e.g. call out charges were extremely competitive. The time taken to find the problem and final charge were very reasonable, and I would certainly recommend Reuse Electrical Services and use them again if necessary. Luckily as my washing machine was insured, after inspection it was found that it would be uneconomical to repair so I have been supplied with a new one
