We are based in Norwich and cover the East Anglian region or further afield should our specification and price be attractive to the prospective client. The business has been developed to provide a specialist non-destructive structural repair service for all ages of property, be they suffering from old age, environmental damage or poor construction techniques. We also carry out all forms of general building works executed to a very high standard. We aim to achieve this by providing a friendly free surveying and diagnostics service, followed by a sympathetic repair strategy utilizing materials sympathetic to the original fabric of a building, whilst improving its structural stability and minimizing disturbance to the client or tenant within a property.

A common problem with mild steel walls ties is that they can corrode even when galvanized causing the metal to expand by up 12 times its original thickness. The result of this expansion creates horizontal and diagonally cracking of bed joints and bricks opening cavity walls to water ingress.
