RESINWAYS

We chose Resinways to provide a resin bonded driveway to our property at a cost of £3,900.00. After the work was carried out, one side of the drive began to sink due to inadequate provision of hard core & base materials during construction and the side bordering the lawn started to separate from the garden edging stones.

Resinways were made aware of these faults, but failed to attend our property to repair their shoddy workmanship for several months – despite repeated telephone calls from us.

Finally, in October 2013, Resinways visited our property, agreed the work was substandard and promised to put things right! Resinways workmen came back to the property the next day to dig up the resin surface and assured us that the repairs would be completed within 2 weeks. Since that time, no further work has been carried out by Resinways and they have failed to respond to our telephone calls, letters and emails.

Thanks to Resinways we now have half a useable driveway and are severely out of pocket financially. Resinways had no intention of undertaking the repairs that they promised, their guarantee is not worth the paper it is printed on and our drive now looks far worse than it did before we employed them. Do not trust this company!!!
