I’ve had different areas of my car spray painted twice at reshape. Contacted Lee who got me booked in. Very efficient in getting the work done. Fantastic job with the paintwork and reasonably priced. Staff very pleasant at the garage. Will definitely use reshape for any future bodywork needed.

Within 5 minutes of submitting the following review, Lee telephoned and apologised as this had been an oversight. Within two weeks he had reimbursed me with the cost of the parking fines. I am satisfied with the eventual outcome and have adjusted the rating.

Whilst my car was in the garage I received two penalty notices as it had been parked in streets nearby with restricted parking. Lee assured me that this would be sorted and the penalty notices would be paid by him but unfortunately they were not and I have today received a Court Order for recovery of unpaid penalty charges advising me that if I do nothing my possessions may be removed and sold. I have paid today to preserve my credit rating and integrity. The repair took ages, even after the parts had been received. A very stressful, expensive experience and I would never use this garage again.

I have just collected my car from Reshape. The car had been quite badly scratched and slightly dented down the side. To make matters worse the day before I was due to take the car in to Reshape I developed a 'fast' slow puncture. I phoned Lee in a panic and he told me to still bring the car in and he would sort the tyre out at the same time - what a relief! Also Lee kept me informed all the time regarding the progress of the job and any problems so I knew exactly what to expect. I also thought their charges were very reasonable.

I cannot praise Reshape highly enough - their service and workmanship are brilliant and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

We were recommended to go to reshape. Lee and his team have done an excellent job on repairing my front bumper and getting rid of the scrapes on m ford Focus. It looks brand new. Extremely friendly staff makes dealing with them a complete pleasure. Would recommend them to any of my friends
