5TOOK MY PHONE HERE, PAID £100
13 days later I picked it up. Front screen in good working order. The cracked back glass was also replaced as a courtesy, but it was fitted incorrectly leaving a gap of around 1mm at one end. The shopkeeper ask me whether "it was something I could live with". I requested that the phone should go back to the workshop.
I picked up the phone a 2nd time and all looked fine. I thought that my involvement with the Repair Centre (Uk) Ltd was over. 3 weeks later I turn on the phone and the screen cracks under the pressure of the button press rendering the touchscreen useless. So, £100+ spent and I was stuck once again with a useless phone. I felt so stupid for trusting someone who clearly had no genuine expertise. Repair Centre (Uk) Ltd agreed to a partial refund which I accepted but have never redeemed - I wanted to forget the whole affair.
