Repair base, excelling in utter incompetence. 3 attempts to fix a phone, and it still has issues. The first attempt at changing a battery failed as it was loose inside the phone, the battery also failed within a few days. It was returned and replaced again, same issue, loose battery and now it's dying again, a matter of months after getting it back. I give up with these and will now pay to have it done properly elsewhere. If you want to be lied to, kept waiting for months, then given excuses, check them out.

Hi Steven. Thank you for your review and I’m very sorry you feel this way about the service you received. I’d like to point out a few things I think are unfair with your review whilst I appreciate the communication could have been better. 1) We didn’t have the device 3 times, It was only twice and adhesive was loose once. 2) We had a bad batch of batteries which we weren’t aware of at the time of fitting. 3) When you stated there was an issue with the battery I replaced under warranty for you and you have not made me aware of any other issue since January until now. 4) although your device was with us a while it wasn’t for a battery initially and I do not feel you were lied to at all. You were kept up to date of what we were doing and were aware the logic board was taking a while to source given i was trying to keep costs down for you You also chose to take the phone elsewhere rather than give us the opportunity to resolve it. I phoned the company yesterday as, due to an accident, the camera lens on my mobile had been cracked. They took details of the model and ordered a replacement lens whilst I was on the phone. It arrived this morning, I took my mobile into the shop and the problem was fixed in 5 minutes. Excellent and courteous service, thank you. I will certainly recommend you to my family and friends.

Went if for a replacement for the battery, excellent service and good knowledge of products. I ended up buying wireless charger and car holder as they were QI certified and were reasonably priced.
