I Dropped my car off this morning and was very impressed with the customer service I was given from Kirsty ,nothing was to much trouble for her in arranging a replacement car for the day and keeping me informed as to when my car was ready to collect .

Awful service

Ignorant, arrogant and incredibly rude. I wouldn't buy a car from these people if my life depended on it. Oscar and Alex need to learn what customer service is and the manager refused to come out of his office. NEVER BUY HERE

Worst dealership in the UK

Easily the worst dealership in the UK
Bought our Clio from them.
Had a light come on during our journey to Manchester saying we had a problem with the injectors but the performance of the car did not seem to be affected. A friend advised us to take it into the dealership for a diagnostic to re-assure ourselves that the car could be driven and we would be able to make the return journey. Rang Trinity Way to be told that the earliest they could fit us in for a 10 minute diagnostic was 'the New Year' . The phone call took place on the 19th of December!
Rang Bury Motors they told us to bring the car in straight away. They replaced a solenoid and some other issues and sent us on our way, happy people. Renault on Trinity Way are a disgrace, after selling us the car they abandoned us.
I know where I (and my son) will be buying our Clio and Kadjar form this summer - Bury Motors, a great bunch of professionals

Go elsewhere

Went to trinity way to get a quote for a Clio, they said they'd call me later that day to tell me if the finance option was available. It has now been a week and I have heard nothing back from Matt - the salesperson despite around 5 calls to the dealership on seperate days where I was assured each time he would call me back within '5 minuites'. Ha.

Yesterday I went to Renault Bury (Rochdale road) and bought the car from there. They got back to me on the same day to say finance was available and I'm picking the car up Monday. Also,I got a better deal and all the staff were very friendly.

If you're looking for a Renault I would advise to avoid Trinity way as buying from here invites their poor customer service to continue.

The salesperson for me was Matt, a young bloke, I would avoid him if you have to buy from here.
