Jade styled my hair today and as usual the outcome is absolutely perfect. If you want a friendly salon environment, this place is for you. They made me feel a million dollars.

Took over 3 hours to colour my hair, it was the girls first day but she had 'been in the hairdressing business for years' and was fully qualified. My hair is only shoulder length yet the amount of time it took her and all of the complaining she did while doing the job made me feel like an inconvenience. I had missed bleach patches everywhere when I left. What was a routine route stretch turned into a nightmare and I was charged £180 for the privilege. It was around the time of my graduation when I booked this so I actually made 2 appointments, colouring and styling. 2/3 days later I go back for my styling (think this cost me around £60), anyway, she was clearly having a bad day, was really rough with my hair and to be honest was just quite frankly rude, she was burning herself constantly, swearing and was flustered. Toward the end of the half-hour styling she started to indirectly apologise, sorry never came out of her mouth but you could tell she was embarrassed by her behaviour.

Excellent colour and restyle by the lovely Liz! Friendly and welcoming staff in a relaxed atmosphere. Liz took time to fathom out what could be done with my hair and worked with me to get a super result. I walked out feeling great and got plenty of compliments from friends and family. A great experience, thank you!

My partner goes her and really like them, slightly disappointed she didn't know she got 10% discount on cuts.
