Remondis are a sector leading North-East England based waste management company.

We possess unique regional and international expertise in waste recycling/recovery. We provide an extensive range of skips, bins and vehicles to meet most requirements. We guarantee exceptional service levels and strive to help our customer do the right thing with their waste disposal.

We currently operate two strategically positioned MRFs (materials recovery facilities) which enables the efficient collection, receipt and processing of waste.

Our business model reflects environmental best practice, as all waste we received is processed to ensure the highest possible levels of waste material is recovered, recycled or processed into refuse derived fuel (RDF). This means that we do not need to apply additional landfill tax charges as our business model is focused on achieving maximum diversion from landfill – currently 99% for all wastes that we receive.

Hired a skip online, quick and easy, and when I called to make an amendment to my order the staff were really helpful. Delivered and collected on time. Would recommend and will use again next time I need a skip, thanks.

Terrible Customer Service

Ordering the skip was quick and simple. But once we had paid for the skip the customer service was disgraceful. We paid for the Invoice at the beginning of May and 2 months later we are still yet to receive a Vat receipt for our records. Despite calling non stop and contacting them through various emails we are no further forward. I was promised one a month ago by one of their members of staff but since they will not answer any of my emails. We will not be using this company again!

Poor service, poor customer service....clueless drivers and office staff useless

Level of service was no doubt the worst I've came across, organised for a skip to be delivered only for it never to turn up on the date I asked, I had payment ready, then at 6.35am 5 days later a driver turns up waking the street and the customer up, puts it on their brand new drive damaging it then demands that cash is needed for the skip £260! for a weeks hire.
We had no choice but to accept the skip but then 2 days later a driver turns up to collect it?! Rang their office and got a guy called Carl who wouldn't accept that the skip turned up 5 days late and told me that I have had it for 7days and if I want it longer I have to pay! His attitude was very amateur and didn't sound like he knew what he was doing,
Driver wasn't too clever neither as he nearly knocked down a child and a mother as he was to focused in talking to someone on the phone....his last reg number was EXC or EXE I believe.

Poor overall service and will never use or recommend this overpriced company ever
