Popped into the showroom to get my Nan a chair, all the chairs were nice but we picked a real leather chair which was her favourite. Delivered quickly and the chair was set up the next day.

First time using this company and definitely the last. I ordered a new automatic folding mobility scooter and paid £15.00 extra for next day delivery as it was needed urgently. Everything went through fine and I received an e-mail from their chosen courier to say the scooter had been collected and would be delivered between 8am and 6pm the following day. Well I waited and waited, more than 10hrs. As I am disabled and live alone I couldn't even shower or get dressed in case the delivery arrived whilst I was using the bathroom. It didn't turn up. No phone call, no nothing. This morning relimoblity have refunded the order, no explanation whatsoever. Furthermore as the order cost nearly £2000 I do not have enough credit limit on my visa card to buy another one until the refund comes through which according to them may take in excess of 10 days. This company are a total disgrace, please do not buy from them.

Disgusting attitude from this company. Do yourself a favor and avoid

Been waiting for an order for 19 days - expected in 2-5 days re website. Despite numerous emails I have been unable to get any confirmation as to the expected delivery date. Just telephoned them, was told they could not give me an update. I would just have to wait, or cancel my order. I told them this is a necessity item. I did not want to cancel my order. I just want an update and asked them to contact me next week with an update. The rudest man I have ever spoken to in a customer service role told me he would just cancel my order. I reiterated that I did not want to cancel my order, this was an item I needed and did not want to have to try and source elsewhere. I told them that their customer service was poor. His response: "Well if we deliver such poor customer service, you dont want to deal with us so I will cancel your order" I strongly advise anyone against dealing with this company. I am astounded at the way I have just been spoken to and the complete lack of customer service.

Was looking for a number of mobility aids to aid my ageing parents. Came across this company who pretty much supplied everything i was after at the best price. Delivery was on the 3rd day after ordering and everything was fine x.
