No Fensa certificate

Reliance Windows Ltd did say they are Fensa registered company and then I would received letter from Fensa with 2 months. I did not receive any thing and Fensa said that job was not reported to them. I am trying to contact Reliance Windows Ltd for a week and no answer.
Another thing, one or two months after the install, the rain deflector was going right and left and was almost cost me the whole door as I tried to force the door closure not knowing that deflector was indeed the obstacle to shut the door .

I was recommend Reliance windows by a neighbour. Very pleased with the top and bottom bay windows fitted by Ricky. From measuring up and supplying the quote, to fitting the windows he was friendly and professional.
The windows went in quiet quickly and he didn’t mind me asking questions about how they were being fitted. The quality and care of the finishing trim really makes this look a great job. Happy to recommend him to friends.
