Reliable NO 14 no shows and every excuse used. Professional NO 5 complaints from neighbour's & passers by about language.
Safety NO The joiner walked along the ridge tiles of my house roof without a harness. Witnessed by 2 neighbour's. Charged his mobile phone & van battery on my electricity without even asking. Blew the electrics. Left dormer felt unattached to new fascia so it slipped off exposing wood. Gutters pour every time it rains.
2 other professional roofers have inspected the work and both said unacceptable finish.
Nightmare. Compensation offered 4 weeks ago but not acted upon.
I asked for a refund and the reply was 'You are ....... delusional' imagine sending that message to a customer
I have high standards and none of them were met by this company. Avoid. No respect for people's property. No respect full stop. No receipt no guarantee.
