Food has always been a great passion of mine and traveling to different countries of the world has broadened my vision to create a more diverse brand of food.
I can supply many different types of dishes, from my home town of Yorkshire, from old classic recipes to modern day Caribbean cuisine with a twist. My mission and purpose, is to share my love and experience with you all, to taste the fusion and diversity of different cultures.

5Joyce provided catering for over 100 members of staff at my school's INSET day and I can categorically state that it was the best catering we have ever had! Joyce's food was absolutely exceptional; tasty, well cooked, beautifully presented and the menu was broad, balanced and exciting. All palettes and needs were catered for. Our staff were thrilled to have such a lovely meal and have asked us to get Joyce back. Joyce's communication was faultless and she is a warm and personable lady - I would recommend without hesitation!

5Joyce and team not only provided an excellent service with mouth watering food, they took care of challenges as they arose - before and during the day itself (no event is without its challenge whether big or small). Nothing was too much trouble for this very professional team and we would definitely highly recommend.
We’d also like to say they were happy to travel 400 miles round trip in order to do so.
