I had put out my neck and was in considerable pain. Jo was able to come within 24 hours. She worked hard on it and set it on the road to recovery. Two days later, I was pain-free and able to move my neck freely. Thank you, Jo!

I have suffered from back pain caused by scoliosis for many years and have had treatment from many doctors and physiotherapist over the nearly 40 years. Jo gave me a very thorough examination, she asked all the right questions about my recent pain that made sense to me. Her replies were clear and concise and easily understood. She told me what was causing the pain and gave me some exercises to hopefully improve my condition. After only two days of exercises I noticed that the pain diminished and has continued to improve, so that today I was able to do a morning's gardening, and I'm sure it will continue to improve.
