Don`t Bother
1After I was invoiced I questioned the beverage charge on the same day, and this was refunded the following day. By this time I was charged a late payment fee for no paying same day. Note that it takes time for bank transfer payments to be processed.
In a dispute of paying a £20 late payment fee, simply because I had an issue with the invoice. Customer service simply forwarded me the terms and conditions ( they simply highlighted text from the terms and conditions ) even after the issues with the site and services, they will not refund the small amount.
Long and short - Poor customer service, very basic facilities, very poor communication and hidden terms and conditions that only become known when you have an issue.
