Regus - Reading Forbury Square

Regus has been a source of ongoing frustration due to unresolved issues, poor communication, and billing errors. Despite written confirmation that restoration fees would be waived, I was charged. Parking fees were suddenly billed in advance without prior notice, causing unnecessary confusion.

Repeated requests for updated invoices have been ignored, forcing me to rely on incorrect billing. My deposit has been withheld even after settling my balance, with no clear timeline for its return. Despite valid grounds for termination due to contract breaches, Regus refuses to cancel my agreement, continuing to charge me unfairly.

Customer service has been unresponsive, with promises of resolution consistently delayed. This experience has caused significant stress and financial inconvenience.

I strongly advise avoiding Regus if you value professionalism, transparency, and reliable service. Their handling of these issues has been deeply disappointing.

Good choice of rooms so ideal for different size group conferences. Hospitality very well organised. Comfortable seating. Light and airy rooms. Can recommend

This building is in a good location, it is a 6 minute walk from Reading station and a 3 minute walk to the shops in the high street.
On arrival the receptionist gave a cheerful greeting, and directions to the room.
The meeting room was clean and tidy, and fully set up for the meeting. The receptionist was polite, professional and helpful with explaining the PA system and the presentation equipment.
The meeting chairs are very comfortable ,and we were not disturbed by any other delegates or noise.
Refreshments arrived at the correct time and had a good selection of teas and biscuits.

Always greeted pleasantly when entering building. Refreshments prior & during conference very good. Comfortable seating.

Good conference and meeting facilities. Rooms don't seem to have proper signs if you don't know where to go however reception is very helpful with everything.
