Reggie's Recyclables

We've agreed collection of an item on Saturday. We live in Kent so it's an hour drive. It was pouring down with rain, with limited visibility on the road, but my partner went anyway. Upon arrival he discovered that the shop is closed. Absolutely ZERO contact from the shop owner to say she won't be there. We've made another arrangement, for today. My sister-in-law offered to pay for the item so it’s reserved for us. The seller said its not necessary. We tried to call before my partner were left today, but the phone was going straight to the voice mail. My partner decided to drive anyway, as we've had an agreement. When he arrived, the seller told him that she sold the desk!! How unprofessional is that! She could have call or text us to say its gone. Instead, she's wasted over 4 hrs of my partners time and fuel money. I would strongly advise NOT to use this shop. They don't give any consideration to their customers, should get trained in customer service and how to be professional.
