Use at your own risk...

Shop staff friendly, service generally quick, to a good standard, and reasonably priced. However, my shirts been lost on 3 occasions. Twice taken over a week to locate the lost shirt and return it. On third occasion the shirt returned was completely wrong size so not even mine. Still waiting 2 weeks later for correct shirt to be located. Catalogue of disasters from the shop misplacing the shirt in first place, to delivery driver misplacing a whole bunch of lost shirts. You won't get a positive customer focused response from the manager either. He's rude, doesn't respond to texts, barely responds to calls unless he's had a missed call, talks over you when you finally make contact, will think you're making a fuss about nothing and, when you challenge him, put's the phone down on you 'because he hasn't got time'. Processes in place are weak and need improving, but there's no appetite to change/improve. Use at your own risk or find somewhere else...as I will now do...

, the women on reception looks and sounds high as a kite on god knows what, if you value your designer clothes and don’t want more damage on clothes stay clear at all costs

shirts damaged

I have used this dry cleaner for a few months now. twice my blazers have come back missing buttons, I explained this case and they happily replaced.
my most recent incident, I dropped off a bunch of shirts. 1 was 3 weeks old all in great condition. only to receive back with tears to the collar of one shirt and to the other the wrist areas had been damaged.
When I spoke to the owner, he mentioned that he is happy to send the shirts off for a three week investigation which will cost £120.
This was not his company is all he had to say.
The customer service was terrible, its a cash only business. I am very disappointed as have others been!!

They destroyed my two jackets
1
encouraged with positive reviews from my male colleagues I left two Zara jackets for dry cleaning (blue and green). Green looked fine at the first sight but when I wanted to wear it it appeared that it shrunk for at least one size and lining was visible from outside although they tried to hide it with smart ironing. The blue one was ok re size but it was decoloured and looked like an old rag (although it was ok before). They are now both completely wasted! I stopped using their services and Im scared to use other dry cleaners in London. In my home country they were both beautifully cleaned although a lady complained that she had to take a special care because fabric and colour are very delicate and difficult to clean. Very bad experience!

NEVER use these 'Dry' Cleaners
1
I've visited this business as it's local to my office. Having taken the gold service for three times the price and having been told that a) this means hand finishing and a much more attentive service to your clothing, and b) this service had to be taken for silk. They have STILL manged to ruin a silk skirt, silk blouse and a jacket. The skirt, worn once, was a lovelly emerald green silk. It now looks like it's 100 years old with the colour taken out of the creases and now feels like rough cushion fabric as opposed to the gorgeous silk of 3 days ago. My best guess is that they have used water on each item (despite being a dry cleaner) as there are also water marks on the silk blouse and the jacket's material is bunching (like it does when it gets WET). NEVER use these people.
