The hotel rooms are quite clean and spacious. The staffs are very helpful. The breakfast - Delicious.

DO NOT STAY HERE! They run scams on the holidays! They bait and switched us on hotel rooms! We booked a month in advance and paid to stay in a regency house hotel room , check in "claimed" there was a mistake with the booking, moved us to a "sister" hotel a distance away to a apartment letting room that was half the cost than our previous paid amount if we booked that night on New Year Eve's. Our taxi driver on the way to the new hotel was fuming as he just delivered quite a few previous people who were subjected to the same scam. It was painful to ask if we were the first this happened to and he responded "You're not even the first tonight!" What an absolute disaster to a holiday all thanks to Regency House Hotel. Be wary if this hotel says you were booked for "room 14". Do not stay!
