We supply a full installation service using our own HETAS approved installers and aim to provide excellent customer service alongside beautiful fireplaces,stoves and fires. Our showroom has recently been refurbished and it is well worth a look even if only for a chat or a coffee!

An outstanding service. A moribund gas stove replaced by a Chesneys logburner in a beautifully adapted and updated fireplace. The work was done promptly, most efficiently and neatly. We were delighted with the result.

We shopped around, read reviews and then went with Regency as it felt right, Dan knows his stuff and his team are SO good, tidy and polite. Our new fireplace is perfect and we would not hesitate to recommend Regency to anyone.

We had tried many showrooms and Dan offered to come and take a look with no obligation, other shops wanted a deposit or charged to survey. He advised a stunning woodburner and completed the job from start to finish using his own fitters and they were so tidy and polite. Thank you Dan so much!
