Reviews

Refusal to accept brand new boxed items delivered to them by hand.

1
Had a brand new completely unused £800 single bed to donate (mattress and frame) and was even willing to save them the trouble of collection by dropping it off, however, they refused to accept it because the metal and wooden elements were still boxed up in the manufacturers own unopened packaging and they said 'what if the manufacturer has missed a part out of the box and we'd have to then pay to dispose of the bed'. Incredible. Will take this item to the tip instead. Such a waste.
