I offer reflexology, reiki and Indian head massage at Reflexivesole. Reiki can be performed either in person, or as a distance healing. During distance healing, we would arrange a time for us to both to undertake the reiki - this would involve the recipient of the reiki becoming still and focused, relaxed, warm and comfortable in their own home. I would do the same at my location. I would then begin the reiki treatment and would let the healing flow to where it is needed. As the reiki energy stops flowing (and I find this usually happens around 40-50 minutes, but this is different for everyone, I would get in touch by phone or text to explain what I felt during the reiki session. This is a very effective way of doing reiki and appears to be no less effective than if it is carried out in person. I have had great feedback from this mode of reiki too. Reflexology can be carried out at my location and on occasion, for people who find it difficult to get around, I can arrange to come to you for the treatment to be given. Reflexology is a foot treatment which uses the thumbs and fingers to gently but firmly apply pressure to points on the feet that relate to structures and organs in the body, helping to increase blood flow and circulation. Reflexology is a great way of easing tension. aiding relaxation. helping with feelings of wellbeing. and generally helping to make you feel better all round. Indian Head Massage is a lovely treatment that includes an upper back massage, neck massage and head massage. You would be fully clothed for the treatment, although the shoulders and upper back can be exposed so that a little oil could be applied to the skin to aid in the flow of the upper back massage. Oil can be applied to the hair and head if desired - the essential oil used in a carrier blend can help promote a sensation of wellbeing, can help with hair growth. can help you relax and generally make you feel wonderful.
