Refined Designs

Glen designed our new kitchen, encompassing the existing kitchen area plus a previous "snug" area, which has resulted in a modern, stylish and practical new kitchen and dining space for us. Glen worked with us patiently to arrive at the final design and together with his first class team of associates, completed everything to our complete satisfaction. To say we are delighted with the end result would be an understatement! We would have no hesitation in recommending Glen and Refined Designs and will certainly use him and his team again in the future.

Glen and his team were brilliant. Had bathroom, en-suite and cloakroom completely refurbished, so pleased with results. Glen was great at advice on what would be good for us. We were kept informed at all stages.

Excellent work done by Glen and his team on designing and installing a bathroom and cloakroom. Nothing was too much trouble and work done to a high specification. I'm extremely pleased with my bathroom and cloakroom and would not hesitate in recommending Refined Designs.

Glen designed kitchen/utility, bathroom, ensuite and cloakroom refits for our barn conversion. We had quite a clear picture of what we wanted and Glen worked to our brief but patiently guided us where what we thought we wanted wasn't practical. We were not pressed to commit to anything until we were entirely happy with the designs.
The team of people working on the project were amazing; neat; tidy and they worked well as a team, we had no worries about them being in our home. Everything was coordinated by Glen with the right people arriving at the right time and the job was completed on time.
We were consulted at every stage of the installation. For example, the tiler spotted a pattern in the floor tiles we had not seen and advised how the pattern could be used to make the room seem larger. When minor hiccups occurred as they always will, they were dealt with quickly and without drama.
The end result is four rooms that we are 100% happy with.
