As it was a gorgeous day, I decided to bike along Marriott’s Way from Norwich to Reepham and then onto Holkham on the North Norfolk Coast. To my consternation, in Reepham, I discovered a bolt had been lost from the rack on the back of my bicycle that bore a heavy bag. I chanced upon Reepham Garage Services and, more in hope than expectation, I wondered if they could help. I spoke to the lady on reception and a couple of minutes later, she told me to go to the furthest door. There, one of the Team, which seemed to be on a doubtless well-earned, mid-morning tea break, quickly fetched and fitted a bolt. For good measure, at my suggestion, he kindly also fetched an Allen key and ensured all the other bolts were tight; some were slightly loose. There was no charge. As a chartered engineer, with 50 years’ experience covering aircraft, vehicles and buildings, I know a good, cheerful, effective maintenance team when I see one. Reepham Garage Services fits that bill perfectly.

Have used garage twice - good local friendly service. Most of importantly very honest - I took my daughters car in because of an odd noise & they checked it out - road tested it & the noise went, due to a stone - as they hadnt worked on the car - they didnt charge anything.
