AOVID AT ALL COSTS!

Family member rented with them for 2 years and was OK, until moving out. only want you to use their cleaners and make a point of stressing the importance of this, and even when use professional end of tenancy cleaners of your own choice,with a certificate and free call back service agency STILL bring in there own cleaners and charged them for full end of tenancy clean even though was NOT required!
Also tried to charge to have 2 freezer draws professionally fitted at a extravagant cost! All you had to do was open freezer and slid them in!
AND gave tenants wrong colour paint information ( was told to touch up areas) this was brought to agencies attention, they said their decorators gave wrong colour. ( so clearly not tenants fault as bought and used what agency told them) BUT…
They not only did nothing to rectify their mistake but charged tenants £600 towards full house paint! And agency since lied saying did not give wrong colour paint!

AVOID AVOID AVOID - worst company for tenants

Travelled from Leeds to Cambridge to view one of their properties. I explained that we would be travelling 4 hours and would have to stay overnight in order to attend our viewing, so if there were any issues let us know with at least 24 hours notice. Was assured that all would be fine, and received a call at 9am on the morning of the viewing to confirm. We arrived at the property and met another prospective viewer who told us that they had mislaid the keys and were running behind. When they turned up the agent told us that they couldn’t get hold of the keys as they had gone out for the day and they couldn’t get in touch, so they would have to move the viewing to the following day. I explained we had travelled a long way, booked off work, and payed for an overnight stay. Others were asking why they couldn’t call the keykeeper, and the agent said she had to go home as she’s ‘finished for the day’. It was 2pm. Promised we would be provided with a video viewing, which never materialised.
