Wouldn't use again - so rude and zero customer skills
1With the main job a non-return valve was not fitted so I'm left with my heating coming on when the hot water goes on, not so much a problem in summer as the radiators can be isolated but the bit in-between is a pain. Anyway, didn't kick up much of a fuss even though my kitchen was a shell when the work was done and they had full access to fit it. By the time the problem was noticed, the new kitchen was installed and pipes not accessible.
The main issue is the customer service and sheer rudeness. I've asked for help to sort a radiator that has failed under warranty to be met with me feeling like it's a massive inconvenience. Not on, especially after paying so much money. The manufacturers have said it's not the radiator at fault its the installation.
