Bootcamp review

I first went to Richard's Rebuild Bootcamp to slim down for my wedding but I enjoyed them so much I kept going and have been going for nearly a year! I went at first on my own which I was nervous about, but after my first session everybody was so friendly and Richard really looked after me that I felt really comfortable and at ease. There's a wide variety of people and fitness levels and Richard looks after us and challenges us individually which gives the bootcamp a personal touch. My fitness levels have greatly improved - I feel so much fitter than I did before I started - I couldn't even do one press up before I went and now I do them all the time! Each session really is varied that I never get bored - we do a mixture of HIIT, cardio, weight training, boxing - to name a few - and Richard keeps it fun by playing games and coming up with new challenges. I would thoroughly recommend Richard's bootcamps whether you are super fit or just beginning!

Great personal trainer

Richard trained both my partner and I this year. They were enjoyable sessions, he kept it varied and interesting from a range of weight training, cardio and stretching.
He is a nice guy very easy to get on with and would recommend to anyone looking for a personal trainer

General fitness or sports specific 👍🏻💪🏻😃

I have worked with Richard for a few years, both in person and recently through an online training programme. Two years ago I took up rugby and currently play for one of the top Scottish Women's Premiership teams, Stewartry Sirens. Richard researched, wrote and adapted my training programme to suit my position and skills required in rugby, and was always only a message away if I needed advice. Last season I received the Most Improved Player Award and this year the Coaches Player of the Season award. I have no doubt that this would not have been achieved without the help, guidance and training plan I received from Richard. I would highly recommend him for anyone wanting to generally get fit and strong or those seeking a more specific programme.

Top Trainer - Rebuilding my Body

This man is the nicest/friendliest person i have ever met and he goes out of his way to get the best from you during exercise!

I have had my tough times/emotional/felt like giving up but Richard Birkett PT has always been there to support and guide me through the hard parts of exercise! as you may know i had meningitis many moons ago and suffered paralysis on my right side.

I had some physio but i was just another number and the doctors told me i was more than likely to get arthritis down my right side, that's when i hired Richard. I have come on leaps and bounds and after 16 years off my right arm not working, it is slowly improving (and getting fatter) and getting better each time i exercise! BICEP's were none existed now i can do 15 NO PROBLEM!! 💪🏼💪🏼

Excellent bootcamp sessions

Bootcamp sessions are excellent, I have been going since January and my fitness levels have improved massively, the sessions are varied for all abilities and different every week to keep us guessing what's coming next !! Great people attend the sessions, you always feel welcome and we have a little fun as we exercise, Richard is a very approachable trainer and happy to answer any questions we have.
