Sport and remedial massage for muscle and joint pain. Assessment and massage treatment plus suggested rehab programme. Pregnancy Massage also offered. Fully qualified and insured.

I offer sport and remedial massage to people with muscle and joint pain, whether sports related or not. Many musculo-skeletal problems are caused by poor posture and lengthy periods of time sitting at a desk. I offer a thorough assessment of the issue and a remedial massage treatment using a variety of techniques, as well as suggesting an ongoing rehab programme.

I also offer pregnancy massage to expectant mothers with specific aches and pains but also to those who simply wish to relax.

I have a BTEC level 5 qualification in Clinical Sport and Remedial Massage, from the Oxford School of Sports Massage. I have also completed a course in Pregnancy Massage from the London School of Massage, accredited by the FHT and the CThA.

I am a fully insured member of the Institute of Sport and Remedial Massage (ISRM).
