Professional salon in Hampton

I am going to this salon for 5 years and always welcomed warmly and treated professionally. I have done most of their treatments and I give them 5 stars for all treatments I have done, prices are also very reasonable.

Gone downhill in last few months and unclear pricing

This salon used to be good mainly because of a one of their therapists who is no longer there. I went this week for a treatment, was charged extra for a new made up name for the same treatment and when I queried it the owner just said it was the price. I've never paid that price in all the time I have been going there for the same treatment and it's not the price on the website or price lists. Beware of being overcharged after your treatment.

Also, it would be unfair to all our other clients who are happy to pay extra for more time and attention whereas you are complaining. Best mani/pedi in town!

I've just come from my appointment at Real Beauty and as someone who has had a lot of Mani Pedis from cheap as chips to super super expensive/over priced, I had to write a review of Real Beauty and what an amazing experience I had! Sakine did my manicure with OPI gel polish and her attention to detail was nothing I have experienced before, I didn't feel rushed and I felt that what she was doing was an art form and my happiness in her work was the most important. My nails look immaculate! Michelle did my pedicure and did a great job as well, thorough with so much attention to detail - filing, clipping and sanding down the rough bits. She left me to read my magazines in peace and enjoy their fantastic massage chairs. All in all a great experience and I will be back. I've tried almost all the beauticians in Hampton as I'm a new resident but I wont look any further and look forward to revisiting Real Beauty!
