Not only was Lawrence (the company owner) willing to come and sort out our TV aerial problem on a Sunday, he also was prepared to stay and carry out some extra work that we hadn't anticipated until he was satisfied our TVs were working properly. Small things impress, both he and his colleague took their shoes off when they came in our house (I didn't ask them to), and a dust-sheet was laid under their step-ladder in case they "got our carpet dirty". Even though there was more work involved and the job therefore took longer, they didn't complain or moan, they just got on with it. Am recommending them to my neighbour who also has an aerial problem. Would use RWandC again and would recommend.
