Appalling company. Turned up 5 hours late for delivery, didn't pick up when they said they would, didn't answer phone calls or emails, left the bouncy castle on my property for days with no communication and no response. Finally they text to say they'll arrive in 20 minutes to pick it up. I don't always work from home. Bouncy castle itself was held together with duct tape and was ripped creating a potential choking hazard for children. Don't use this company, completely unprofessional. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

They did not show up on the day. So incredibly rude an appalling behaviour. Ruined a children’s birthday party. Do not book!!

Highly recommend. Very friendly, punctual and reasonably priced. The Princess soft play set was great fun and the highlight of our daughters 3rd birthday party, would definitely book again. Thanks
