Increasingly poor TV reception after previous property owner had employed duck tape to join external aerial cable together. Got Rad to upgrade aerial and distribution amp and am now in receipt of 160+ channels. Clear explanation of what my options were and associated costs before continuing.

Excellent service. I had been having signal problems with 2 TVs. ever since Sky engineer fitted new box.
Problem solved quickly. Arrived when promised and gave good clear explanation of what he was doing and why.
Would certainly use again.

Excellent Quick Service, but the bill was a bit of a shock.

Back in 2018 Rad installed a Freeview aerial, amplifiers and filters to serve three rooms, and it worked brilliantly until recently when increased 5G interference from a nearby phone mast made it unwatchable.
Rad came out a couple of weeks ago and fixed it in under 15 minutes with a 5G filter.
They are a company that are excellent at their job, know their stuff and I would recommend them.
The lost star is due to the £129 bill, which felt a tad steep for such a short job.

Very quick service

Very quick service to come and sort pixellation and 'no signal' issues we were having. Fitted a new loft aerial with cables and connected up another room to the aerial. All done in a couple of hours or so. Great service, reasonable pricing. Thank you.
