A brilliant company, arrive when they say they will. Take good care of your property,
they do a great job, very efficient. We have used RCH Heating for many many years and have always received excellent workmanship and at a reasonable cost. Perfect. I really can't praise RCH enough. They installed a new bathroom a few months ago and I highly recommend them. The man who fitted everything, Darren was superb. He worked really hard and explained every process, checking and double checking with me as he went along. Very experienced, and polite he didn't put a foot wrong. The whole process was perfect. It took about three weeks, but at every stage, I knew exactly what fittings would be available and when.
I chose this company because they have serviced my boiler and central heating reliably for over 20 years. I'm so glad I did. Thank you, everyone!

Good job as usual

I phoned up about a problem on Monday and they were able to send someone along Tuesday afternoon. He arrived at 2 mins to 12noon. He had to replace to float valves, he went out and got 2 and all fitted and completed within 45mins and cost was very reasonable too. We have used RCH many times before and always very good, always use them and always recommend to other people too if they need a plumber. A nice polite young man.

I'll never let them in my house again

Charged me a fortune - used inferior pars and didn't rectify the problem , turns out the issue was a thermistor which costs only a few pounds after they changed my pump and did a power flush . Spend nearly a grand and all along it was a £20 part. Hence I will never use again , by the way it wasn't them who eventually diagnosed the fault it was a local one man band . Expensive rip off merchants RCH plumbing and heating Leigh on sea

Superb service

From beginning to end of having a shower room, toilet room, new boiler and radiators fitted (plus another bathroom 3 years ago) I could not have asked for more. Such attention to detail is exemplary. All the lads have been extremely tidy and polite taking care to explain everything they do and ensuring that I know they are only a phone call away if further help is needed. I would recommend them to anyone. Outstanding!
