5After speaking to Ryan on the phone he told me he could come out the next day.
He turned up on time & within a few minutes had solved the problem. It turns out we had water in our aerial cable, which he showed us by removing the fixing, i was suprised to see water actually came running out!
Ryan gave us a price for it to be re-wired which was more than reasonable and had the whole thing fixed & working again within a few hours.
I would just like to say what a polite & pleasant man Ryan was & i would highly recommend him to others.
