Rude!!!

Worst experience.

Being the owner of a business & a service provider, they need to understand customers need & the way to cater them, make their trip to the shop easy and welcoming.

But the lady there was very loud and had a go at me, interrupted while I was talking to the man who’s at the front desk.

Very rude & unprofessional !
I would not recommend them at all.

You booked a studio session & called us an hour before, to notify us you couldn’t make it as your outfit hadn’t turned up. We happily rescheduled your appointment upon your request. On the 2nd appointment you did not turn up & did not contact us. You were contacted by our photographer, you stated, you no longer wanted the shoot. You were explained when you were booking that the minimal fee was non refundable due to the photographer having to book the slot especially for you. Even then our staff tried to help you by facilitating another day. You refused to carry on the conversation & turned up 3 months later, demanded our staff give you a refund or a credit. Our staff member was merely explaining the reasons for a no refund policy due to a no show. We are a small business & are very flexible and accommodating of our customers however we do not tolerate any kind of snide remarks and abuse towards our staff members.

quality of printing and quality of paper is very poor !!!!!

I would not recommend to any of my friend or family, I got personalized card and printing was very dull not and the text in side the cars is very and quality of paper so cheap.
i tried to tell the staff that i am not happy with the quality as what i spent for this card £18.00 for card and the staff was not at all help full ...............full of attitude ...............i wont even give them one star if i have an option !!!!!!!!
