Great with a nervous patient

Kind and considerate. I am very nervous but they always take their time to explain things to me and are considerate of my needs. The receptionists are always very friendly though they sometimes take a bit of getting through to on the phone! However, their online booking is great and the dentists are so so gentle. Thank you to you all!

Not a very nice experience no loyalty

They were my dentist but due to circumstances I could not attend my appointments so they took me off the list and I have been with this Dentist all my life all my family are with them And she did not take my circumstances into consideration and she took me off the list so now I am left with no DentistAnd my front tooth has fallen out so what am I supposed to do now I cannot find a dentist that will take me on
