Our boiler broke down at the worst possible time, a few days before Xmas. Yet Ray came out within 24 hours (other firms told me early Jan 2018) and worked long hours to install a new Combi before Xmas day. Ray offered great advice, quality products and a brilliant service. He also sorted my shower and gas fire after Xmas. His assistant (Larry) was also a star and I cannot praise the pair of them enough.

Ray did an excellent job fitting my boiler and very informative too.
