Cannot clean windows
1This is the second bad review I have put up. The original review was put up due to getting no response weeks after he was due to clean my windows. After the first bad review I put up this man instantly came knocking on my door demanding I pull my review down and argued black and blue with me.
He made me feel like I had to give him another chance as he made it sound like a big misunderstanding therefore I appologised, pulled the review down and gave him another chance.
He does not understand the consept of 'the customer is always right' and instead blames you for lying rather than accepting that he did unintentionally miss a window and appologising for it. However, besides this, this man could not clean my windows approprietly and I gave him 3 chances before finding someone new.
