Rapid Service Centres Ltd

I've used this centre for all MOT in last 4-5 years. Never again! On test found snapped spring. Agreed to replace. Paid and took a car back. Something banging so bad I could feel vibrations on the floor. Took it back. Told me that they've checked everything again (2 bolts shown to me) and everything is tight. They took it for a ride and told that sounds like banging is coming from the other side of the car and he don't know what was with the car before I've left it (and about 4 hours after it PASS MOT). I've been told that the drop link is faulty and must be raplaced. I didn't believed in that so after 1 hour of arguments I took it for second opinion to different garage. 15 min and found top bolt loose. I've been told about 10 times that every bolt was tight at the first time but they've checked that again and nothing's loose. Bloke who done it said many times that changing spring isn't a rocket science and it cannot go wrong. Stay away!!! I've lost a day of my time!!!

Booked a Major service! told it would take take at least 2 hrs work on it, however it DID NOT, they parked it up for 2, when they eventually took it inside they took just under 1 hour, fastest major service ever!! "sarcasm" , I paid £160 basically for an oil change (or a top up), actually they over filled the engine oil as per warning I now have , topped up window washer, greased the bonnet and that's it! So £160 for what ??? I was told "what do I expect for 160", Well for starters a proper major service to be done as per the check list....... Note I know the cars faults already but they said "all good" proves they did NOT even check what supposed to be checked either. Be warned; either stand there and watch them or even better stay away, total waste of £160.
